Welcome to day twenty three of this purging series. Today we are going to be doing our Night table.
Our goal is to spend 20 minutes or less on this task. Throughout this series there may be tasks that only take 5-10 mins and that is great and gives so much motivation to keep on with the tasks in the days ahead.
Also, during these daily tasks for our purging series if there is a day where it does not apply to you or that place does not need it you can select another area to do with the same idea of 20 minutes or less.
This task should not take to long. Let’s start with the top of our night tables, go thru what you have on top and deicide if that’s where what’s there belongs. I personally don’t keep much other then decor, phone charger, and a bottle of water on top of my nightstand. Then move into the cupboard or drawer where you keep items (almost like a junk drawer, hand lotions, chap sticks, creams, etc….) Remove everything that doesn’t belong. Everything you have stored in this area should be things/items you use and also tend to need by your bedside.
Mine was pretty good. Just needed to give it a tidy and it took me 2 minutes to go through it. One side of this drawer hold my extra sun glasses and their case holders. So nothing changed there. Just like Handbags, I don’t over buy sunglasses anymore. I do something jump on the trend on these but not so much anymore. The ones I have are staples that aren’t a trend.
